is the continuous ability to understand, create, and respond to change. It is a continuous way of dealing with uncertain and complex environments to get the most out of them in terms of value.
is a collaborative relationship between an Agile Coach and a Client, Team, or Organization to reach a shared journey to “Be” and “Do” Agile in the best possible way, using Coaching and Mentoring approaches with an Agile Mindset, Agile Values, and Agile Principles to help that individuals, teams, and organizations to grow in flexibility and adaptability to always create more and better value.

As a Coach: We use professional coaching approaches to accompany people to develop their potential towards the growth mindset, using their options and agenda.
As a Mentor: We use Mentoring approaches and techniques to provide support, options, and advice based on our experience, enabling individuals, teams, and organizations on their journeys towards being and doing Agile.
As a Facilitator: We use neutral team facilitation approaches to achieve common outputs and outcomes, creating integration spaces that allow inclusive convergence.
As a Trainer: We create learning spaces using adult learning techniques that promote the retention and use of the Agile Mindset and its practices, tools, frameworks, and ways of working that allow the continuous creation of value in different contexts.
About value: We know our priority in accompaniment as Agile Coaches is that people, teams, and organizations increase value continuously and iteratively.
About biases and judgments: We do not issue them. We always respect the fears, prejudices, paradigms, and fears of others.
About psychological safety: We create and maintain safe places for experimentation, which allow adaptability, flexibility, and trust.
About empathy: We get closer to understanding people, teams, and organizations from their frames of reference.
About servant leadership: We are always ready to serve with the humility required from a genuine interest in helping others grow in being and doing Agile.
About emotional intelligence: we are people in constant growth, always willing to grow.
About the positive look: We believe in people, their experiences, abilities, paths, and experiences. And that they are always doing their best, so we encourage them to keep growing. We also look for spaces to celebrate gains, losses, and learnings.
About presence: We constantly strengthen relationships with our agile coaching clients. We always sought an alliance of mutual growth to form meaningful bonds.
About transparency: We are open, transparent, and vulnerable. Honest with ourselves and with others, we find ourselves always learning from our successes and our mistakes.
About curiosity: We also believe in the incredible opportunity of approaching each situation with wonder and an open mind. This curiosity positions us as constant travelers on the road to agility that contemplates being and doing Agile.
About our limits: If there is an issue that escapes our hands, skills or competences, we must recognize it with transparency.
